What this policy covers
This policy explains what information Mastercraft Fresno Concrete and Masonry collects through this website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. We're a masonry contractor in Fresno, CA, and we collect only what we need to answer your questions, give you an estimate and do the work you hire us for.
It applies to our website and to the contact form linked from it. It doesn't cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies. You can learn more about who we are on our About page.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, call us or email us, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and details about your project, such as photos or a description of the problem. We use this to reply to you and to plan an estimate.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so the information you enter passes through that service before it reaches us. Please don't send payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive details through the form, because we never need them to answer a question or schedule an estimate.
Information collected automatically, including cookies
Like most websites, ours can collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site and a general location based on your IP address. This helps us see which pages people find useful and fix ones that don't work well.
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember a visit or count traffic. We may use cookies and similar tools from analytics providers for this purpose. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work for reading pages and reaching us.
How we use your information
We use what you share to answer your call or message, schedule and give estimates, do and follow up on the work, and keep records of jobs. We use the technical information to keep the site running and to improve it.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their own marketing. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and the business, such as our form, email and analytics providers, when the law requires it, or when it's needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and project information for as long as we need it to answer you, finish your job and handle any follow-up or warranty questions, and then as long as tax, business or legal records require. Messages that never turn into a job are usually deleted once they're no longer useful.
Analytics information is kept by the providers who collect it, under their own retention settings, and is generally used in summary form rather than tied to you by name.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, and we'll do so unless we need to keep it for a legal or business record. If you live in California, state privacy law may give you additional rights over your information, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
To make a request, reach us through our Contact page or call (559) 319-0148. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request, so we don't hand your information to someone else.
Children's information
This site is meant for homeowners and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the services we use change. The current version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
Questions or privacy concerns
If you have a question about this policy or a concern about how we've handled your information, send us a message through our Contact page or call (559) 319-0148. We respond within 1 business day and will work with you to sort it out.
